Would really love to win this…out of my reach at the moment to purchase, but have been looking at these for a while now. This would push my amp nicely.
Cheers!!
Looks like a pedal worth it’s metal:) Would love to try it…
Best pedals in the world!
Thanks!:)
Hope all is going well with Fraid Knot in the music dept.
great booster pedal
Would love to win this!
The first day I saw Effectrode pedals, I went home and threw all my pedals in the trash. I want to buy every pedal Effectrode makes. I’ve ordered the Tube Vibe, and as soon as the Tube Drive, Vibra Chorus, and Detla Trem are available again I’m ordering them too… Effectrode is so awesome, other pedal manufactures should be ashamed of themselves.
Thanks!
Don’t forget to get the PC-2A compressor too, that thing’s awesome !
I Received my Tube Vibe in the mail yesterday. I had to call into work sick from staying up playing all night. I don’t even know how to express how sweet this pedal is. I’m playing a Deluxe American Strat through a Fender Blues Deluxe Tweed and with this Tube Vibe my tone is unbelievable. I’m ordering the Tube Photo Optical Compressor friday. Any idea when the new version of the Tube Drive will be available? I would pay $500 for a used one right now just from watching the videos online. It would push my amp to break-up just perfect. I think the Fire Bottle would be a nice addition to push a solo too. You Rock Phil.
Thanks for your comments on the Tube-Vibe! I’m working on new drive/preamp called the ‘Blackbird’ which will do what the Tube Drive does. This new pedal will be avialable in 8 to 10 weeks.
Thanks

Your pedals rock and sound miles better than ANYTHING else on the pedal market. Please keep doing what you are doing !
Will do. Thankyou
Would love to have one of these!!!
I can’t tell you how much I love my Effectrode Compressor! 3 of my friends are now happy owners as well. The Fire Bottle looks to be the perfect match for all my electrics due to my love of vintage output single coil pickups.
Thanks for the feedback on the PC-2A. Loads of development work went into this unique compressor pedal, so it’s good know it hits the mark.
I already have a corus vibe and am more than satisfied regrding its reliability but mots of its tonal properties…Inserted into a pedal board it’s often used in some combinations and chains of pedals…Do I need to says that I would love to win one…????Who would be studpid enought not to hope for…
Ciao Ciao
Chris
woups instead of corus vive read vibra chorus tonally it would be the same but a name is a name..ciao a tutti
Would love to have one of these ….
I Love it,Love it ! Love it !!!
I’m a big fan of the PC-2A compressor … one of the pedals that I will never move off my board now it’s there
Keep up the great work, can’t wait to see your new products for 2012 !
Will do. Thanks!
It’s hard to explain but I still hanen’t got one… and I can wait no more!! Please do what you should and send me one of this wonderful fire bottle pedals!!
Cheers,
Andi
I need this pedal
I’m ready to try this out with my old Bandmaster!
The ‘Fire Bottle’ will work well with a Bandmaster. I use it with a Fender Tweed.
I feel like it Christmas eve waiting on this new ‘Black Bird”. Please don’t hold out on us Phil, post some more pics. Does the introduction of the Black Bird mean your discontinuing the Tube Drive? I want to purchase both. I’m a lifetime Effectrode Fan.
I’ll put up more pictures of the Blackbird in the next few days. The silkscreen should be ready today so I can get the graphics put on the front panel. Be assured I’m working around the clock. If there’s still a demand for Tube Drives after the Blackbird is released I promise I’ll build more of them.
Hope I win this; would love to have it.
This is a very cool giveaway would love to have one to boost my p-bass.
Nice pedal and you can never have enough nice pedals!
This would be a great pedal to have. Thanks for the great opportunity.
You’re welcome.
The Fire Bottle has the effect of making a strat bridge pickup sound like a neck pickup or even a humbucker for a thicker, fatter & fuller sound adding a huge degree of flexibility to your guitar tone. Sounds like a pedal I want on my board. Thanks for the giveaway! I could use a Fire Boost! ; )
some great reviews on this pedal, would love to try this one out!
I’d love to try your booster, Phil. Colud you also tell me when will be Delta back in stock ? Just can’t wait
Greetings.
The Delta will be available again later this year in fall.
I have purchased the Fire Bottle and the PC-2A from the good people at Austin Guitar House. Both these effects are great, and I would like to use them together. Would the preferred order for them be Fire Bottle, followed by compressor, with the Fire Bottle first in the whole chain of effects?
Thank you for building such useful and high quality gear.
Hi Richard,
The order of effects depends on what sound you are going for. Putting the Fire Bottle before the PC-2A will push it into heavier compression at higher levels of boost. Putting the Fire Bottle after the PC-2A will boost the signal level from the comp, however you won’t get the benefit of the Vari-Z which depends on ‘seeing’ the pickup to operate on its resonant frequency. Effects pedal order gets even more complex with more pedals. For instance, boost and overdrive order is another combination which can be difficultto decide depending on the sound you are looking for. Just let me know if you have any other questions on this and I’ll do my best to answer them.
heard the wonder of Effectrode pedals..have missed the tube drive I supposed..but hope I would not miss this chance to get it free ! if is won ill be just inspired by it
I want it.
