Effectrode pedals are available through direct mail order and select dealers. We hand-assemble and build our pedals in small batches, which means that at any time availability is limited.

Our preferred method of payment is Paypal, cashiers, personal checks (allow time for these to clear) or International Money Orders. International Money Orders/bank checks should be made payable to Effectrode and sent by registered post for proof of delivery. It is essential to contact us regarding availability before sending an IMO.

Should you find it necessary to return a pedal, it must be shipped within this 21-day guarantee period. All returned items must include a Return Authorization Number, be in the original packaging complete with the power supply, warranty card and owner’s manual, and show no signs of wear or abuse otherwise the return will either be refused or subject to a 25% restocking fee. Should you decide to return your pedal, please obtain a Return Authorization Number from us by email. Paypal payments will be refunded directly through Paypal. Refunds are made for product value only, excluding shipping and handling charges.
