Inside The Binson Factory

The Binson Factory in Settimo Milanese

The photographs below show Binson’s newer, more modern factory. The site is located in Settimo Milanese where Via Fermi and Via Albert Einstein intersect. The images of the factory exterior were taken in 2009 [Google Maps].

The photos of the factory interior were recovered from Eric Snowball’s Binson, UK website. Eric’s website went off-line in October 2012 and sadly Eric passed away a couple of years later in 2014. It’s estimated these pictures were taken in the early 1970s. The photographer is unknown.

The aerial view clearly shows the entire facility, however it’s difficult to determine exactly where all the various departments and workshops are physically located within the building. There’s not much to go on—just a handful of low-resolution, grainy pictures. That’s all, but these few photos provide a tantalizing glimpse into the mysterious inner workings of the Binson factory and the people who once worked there.
